How long will it take to receive my order at home?
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible!

Our orders are shipped with DHL. We work with the shipping times indicated by DHL. This is as follows: If you order before 16:00, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 days. DHL indicates that it may happen that an order is delivered a day later due to the corona crisis.


How much do I pay for shipping?
-Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium we ship for free!
-For orders outside the Netherlands, there is a €4.95 shipping charge.


Can I track my order?
Yes. When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a track-and-trace number. With this track-and-trace number, you can track the status of your order.





Returning
What are the return conditions?
Returns are possible (at your own expense) within a period of 14 days!

The 14-day trial period starts when the parcel is delivered to the customer. Products returned must be in their original condition and tags/hangers must not have been removed.

How do returns work?
If a product is not to your satisfaction, it can be returned within 14 days (at your own expense). You need to request a return form at our contact page.

Once the return has been received and approved by us, the customer will receive the paid amount back on account within 14 days. The moment the conditions mentioned by us are not met, we have the right to refuse the return.
